As an experienced person of SEO I want to share here some facts which should avoid by us.I hope that this will help some of the newcomers a lot..

choosing a title that has no relation to the content on the page
using extremely lengthy titles that are unhelpful to users
using a single title tag across all of your site’s pages or a large group of pages
stuffing unneeded keywords in your title tags
writing description meta tag that has no relation to the content on the page
Multiple domains
Multiple identical sites
Cross Linking

1-Don't repeat a keyword in your keyword string as you may be penalized for this.
2-Last keyword should be your site identification, taken from your URL and that this string appears as content to avoid spamming.
3-Don't use exotic "hidden" text (cloaking) techniques.
4-Do not use common words like "the" and "and", nor combine them with your keyword (spiders are programmed to ignore these words because of their frequent use)

Thanks for sharing us your tips for the things that we need to avoid of not getting banned by google. but how can we determine if our site has been banned by google? Is there any tools we can use where we know google still spidered or index our page?
